76 Synthesizer is a stunningly designed music app for the iPad. Designed to look like a vintage analogue valve amp the result is a very slick, realistic interface full of textures including wood, bruched metal and beautiful light effect. See more of it here.

Lady Gaga has announced the release of Polaroids new product the GL30, a fully digital 12 megapixel camera that offers the option to instantly print the photos taken.

The design is striking, harking back to the traditional Poloroid days, with a design language that is fresh and new in this stagnant market. TDK have released a range of digital speakers styled to resemble the classic Boombox aesthetic of the 80’s. In this digital world, with music downloads and ipod listening, its truly inspiring to see some fresh thinking that reminds us where it all started.

Theres a range of new products featuring this new ‘retro’ style including headphones, a record deck, and two Boombox speakers. The Boombox has a USB connection, a stereo minijack and the usual RCA sockets for connecting it to your devices. You can even choose to play a instrument through the stereo minijack if thats your thing.
